New Netteller Bill Pay
Starting September 26, you will have a new and better way to pay your bills. Bank of York is upgrading the current Bill Pay product to our new Netteller Bill Pay application. We are working to make the entire upgrade as simple and seamless as possible. Please note that this date was originally reported as September 28 but it has been moved up to the 26th.
Here is what you can expect:
- All of your payees and any scheduled payments automatically carry over to the new system.
- Your current payment history will be reset as of September 22. All payment history prior to that date from the current Bill Pay product will not be available online after the upgrade. You should print or record any payment history that is important to you before September 22. The payment information will still be in your account statements but it will not be accessible from the new Netteller Bill Pay application.
- On Monday, September 24, the current Bill Payment application will go to "read only" mode around 12:00 PM Eastern time. You will only be able to view items during that time. Tuesday, the 25th the application will go down completely. You will get an error message if you click the Bill Pay tab that says “Your request cannot be completed at this time because you are not currently enrolled for Bill Payment”. The new application will be available Wednesday morning, September 26 at 8:00 AM Eastern. Any items scheduled for payment during the conversion period will be completed timely.
- There are new features available including person to person payments, viewing some bills from within the application and new ways to set alerts and payments.
